In order to highlight our public facing events, we have added “worship”, “show up”, and “public witness” events to our home page.  These events will be easier to find and access for details from the home page.  They will also appear on the regular calendar with the rest of our events.

Communications Team Update – February 2015

WEBSITE UPDATE

February marks the first full year our website has been live. Like our community, it has gone through many changes in the last year. We started under our previous name, Free Range Unitarian Universalists of Indianapolis with this domain: www.fruu.org which was still using the Concrete5 CMS. In the first few weeks, we converted to the WordPress platform using a responsive (mobile-friendly) web design.

There was not a lot of activity this past month for the Communications Team.  We are still doing the weekly newsletter.  The website is clicking along nicely with the online pledging and donations.  We continue to gain Facebook and Twitter followers.
